Once you receive your shipping confirmation, your order is already on its way to you – unfortunately, changes are no longer possible at that stage.
Do you accept bulk or large-quantity orders?
Yes, we do accept bulk orders. For all large-quantity productions, full payment is required upfront before any production begins. This allows us to secure materials, allocate production time, and ensure consistent quality across your entire order.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are locally crafted in Lebanon, produced in collaboration with skilled artisans who prioritize precision, quality, and attention to detail.
Each piece is hand-made in small batches, allowing us to maintain exceptional craftsmanship, refined finishes, and strict quality standards.
By manufacturing locally, we ensure close control over every step of the process while supporting local expertise and delivering a truly premium product.
How much does shipping cost?
We currently ship within Lebanon only.
Local delivery is $5 per order. We’re actively working on expanding our shipping destinations and hope to offer international shipping very soon.
